Great car wash for inside and out. They have a loyalty program that I recommend. It's $35/month (first month is $26) and you get a platinum wash unlimited and 1 free inside a month at that price (I think , the free inside tier might be the $40 tier). Easy enough to sign up and then cancel to save money. The guys did a great job on the inside and the car smells great! Thanks guys!

I pulled in and two of the nicest young men greeted me like I was their best friend. Total professionalism, all businesses should require this practice. Great job guys! 6 stars!!!!

LAZIEST car wash EVER! DO NOT waste your money. Every time I go here, they do a horrible job, I leave dissatisfied every single time. Even through all that this place is pretty close to my house so i kept trying to give them another chance telling myself maybe its just an off day. After today i am NEVER going back. I paid for an inside wash as i spilled a few things in my car this week and this is how my car was left after they “cleaned it.” Also just so you know good luck ever trying to speak to a manger in person or over reaching someone over the phone. Horrible customer service as well!

I paid for the most expensive package they offer to make sure my car would be properly cleaned inside and out. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with the results. The floor mats were not cleaned at all they look exactly the same as when I brought the car in. The trunk wasn’t even opened or vacuumed. The interior is still dirty and there are multiple areas that clearly were not wiped down. The exterior is also still noticeably dirty. It’s very disappointing to pay for a premium service and receive this level of work. I feel like I completely wasted my money.

I'm truly disappointed. I've been a member of Mister Car Wash for years, and today I decided to go to the Mister Car Wash located on Manheim Pike because I didn't want to bother cleaning the interior of my SUV myself. Since it was Christmas Eve, I gave a $20 tip, which I paid before the service. It turns out they didn't do a good job. When they gave me my car back, I checked it and notified an employee. He apologized and said he would clean my SUV again himself, but he didn't; he sent another employee instead. And that employee only cleaned the front seat a little. When I checked again, I realized I could have done a better job myself and saved $35 (between the $15 service fee and the $20 tip). I definitely won't be going back. They raised the membership prices, and the service is terrible. This was between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., when there weren't many cars to work on.
